Entitle Guard – Consumer Terms & Consent for Shopify Checkout

By opting into Entitle Guard during checkout, you agree to the following terms and consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your purchase information from the merchant’s Shopify store to Entitle Guard Pty Ltd (“Entitle Guard”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for the purposes of entitlement management, post-purchase support, and consumer rights enablement.

Entitle Guard collects transaction and personal details to enable automated entitlement registration and management. This includes but is not limited to warranties, returns, repairs, product support, and related consumer protections.
